For more information visit thomas.edu. ? Thomas is looking to fill the position of Campus Visit Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of organizing and implementing individual and group campus visits. This includes scheduling campus visits and recruiting potential students and families to campus, this position will be the first point of contact as they work with the Admissions Office. The Campus Visit Coordinator is responsible for the main admissions email/phone line and provides basic admissions information to potential students. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing all application materials sent to the general admissions email/office. This position also serves as an Administrative Assistant for the entire Admissions Office. The Campus Visit Coordinator will organize individual and group campus visits, compile application material for applicationts, assist in planning all Admissions events on campus. Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have strong written and communication skills. Customer service experience is required. Must maintain a professional behavior and attire in all aspects of the position. This position must follow and comply with FERPA. Must understand Front Desk Operational Procedures and Policies. Must understand the Thomas College Catalogue. Must attend regular admissions training sessions. This position has tremendous external contact with the public outside of the college.
