Work with a dedicated mentor on clear goals.
• Support customer inquiry research and resolution.
• Assist with projects and process improvements.
• Learn Marvin tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Build professional communication skills with internal and external partners.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A positive, professional approach with customers and teammates.
• Curiosity, problemsolving skills, and willingness to ask questions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort learning new systems and working collaboratively.

• Enrollment in an associate or bachelor's program in Business, Communications, Management, or related field.
• Interest in customer service or business operations.
• Prior customer service or office experience (helpful but not required).
