• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for at least 8 hours per shift

Your Role on the Floor

• Assist the press operator in producing quality manufactured parts
• Support manufacturing operations to ensure safe and efficient production
• Move materials as part of the production team workflow
• Inspect and check parts to ensure they meet tolerance specifications
• Follow established procedures to maintain safety and minimize equipment downtime
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status or issues
• Adhere to company quality policies and production standards
