Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 6 PM, Mon - Fri

Hands-on work that keeps the shop moving.

From cleanup to setup, you help make it happen.

Every great shop runs on reliable support. The Shop Hand supports daily shop operations by assisting skilled trades, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping prepare materials and equipment for production. Support the tools, the team, and the turnaround time.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Minimum six (6) months of oilfield, shop, or related hands-on labor experience required
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor in an industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and twist for extended periods
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and safety awareness

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pressure wash tools and equipment on the wash rack
• Scrape, clean, and paint tools as part of the refurbishment process
• Disassemble tools and prepare them for redeployment
• Inspect equipment condition during cleaning and report damage if found
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform additional shop or yard duties as assigned
