The Project Manager in Marketing & Experience is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering marketing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role ensures alignment between cross-functional teams, manages resources effectively, and drives operational excellence to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Marketing & Experience Project Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Project Planning & Execution

    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for marketing initiatives
    • Coordinate resources and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives





  • Stakeholder & Budget Management



    • Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, creative, digital product, product, and external vendors
    • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
    • Track project expenses to ensure project remains within budget, and work with stakeholder(s) if variance exceeds allowed amount




  • Process & Workflow Optimization

    • Adhere to defined workflows and project management best practices
    • Set-up and maintain tasks in project management tool (RoboHead)
    • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks





  • Risk Management



    • Identify potential risks and work with stakeholder(s) to develop mitigation strategies
    • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements




Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience in related field
  • 3 years of work experience beyond degree


Skills and Abilities




  • Project management experience with clear understanding of campaign flow. Must be familiar with project management practices and online project management platforms



  • Highly developed people and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to: build relationships, manage timelines and communicate risk management solutions both written and verbally. Exceptional organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines



  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint



    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., RoboHead, Workfront, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
    • Attention to detail and quality assurance
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


    This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

    The full salary grade for this position is $78,700 - $134,900. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $78,700 - $118,020. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
