- Manage a consulting practice to ensure engagements meet customer needs, business goals, and growth objectives.
- Lead a team of professional services consultants across multiple products and business lines.
- Develop and execute a consulting team strategy aligned to the business plan.
- Create consulting offerings to capture new market opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key FIS channels (sales, product, relationship management, business units, etc.).
- Provide industry thought leadership for the Practice.
- Own profit and loss responsibilities, including forecasting, revenue/expense management, and reporting metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure revenue meets or exceeds Consulting Services targets.
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty through successful engagement delivery.
- Align resources with the required expertise and manage external partnerships for peak-demand needs.
- Optimize utilization of resources across billable work, asset development, sales support and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with other Practice Managers to ensure resource alignment across the division.
- Attract, develop, and retain consulting talent.
- Support sales throughout the full cycle-including proposal/SOW development, pricing negotiations, project planning, and presentations.
- Maintain and nurture quality client relationships to support referrals and new business opportunities.
- Define and sell consulting engagements tailored to relationship needs.
- Travel up to 10-20%, or as required.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $122,830.00 - $206,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
