The Fayette County Housing Authority is searching for a Management Aide to join their team.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
-
As a Management Aide Housing Authority, you will:
- Answer phones and greet residents
- Data entry and reports for Property Manager
- Contacts residents to schedule re-exams
- Responds to residents requests for maintenance and prepares work orders
- Calculates rent amounts, compiles, calculates, and records data for regular and special reports
- Participates in the leasing of vacant untits
- Performs all routine clerical functions at the assigned properties
- Performs additional duties as required
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One (1) year of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; or
- One (1) year of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

- Hiring preference for this vacancy may be given to candidates who live within Fayette County. If no eligible candidates who live within Fayette County apply for this position, candidates who reside in other counties may be considered.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
