What to Expect

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the Semi Service Programs team. In this role, you will drive alignment across crossfunctional teams, keep programs moving on schedule, and ensure documentation, timelines, and communication are accurate and up to date. You will play a key role in maintaining product roadmaps, calendars, program artifacts, and executivelevel deliverables. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the interpersonal skills necessary to bring teams together and accelerate execution.


What You'll Do
  • Partner with stakeholders to build program plans, coordinate activities, and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Communicate effectively to ensure commitments, deadlines, and action items are understood and met across teams
  • Support endtoend project activities including maintaining accurate project documentation and files, creating and updating spreadsheets, logs, and schedules, preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and coordinating meetings and video conferences, and managing shared calendars and tracking responsible parties
  • Draft clear, compelling internal and customerfacing content highlighting Semi Service program value
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support program roadmap refinement
  • Adjust workload and priorities in a fastpaced environment with minimal direction
  • Support special projects and duties as needed. Ability to travel up to 25%

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencerequired, 2+ years of experience in similar role preferred
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, with experience drafting customer messaging drafting
  • Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs, teams and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities
  • Experience with working in a product marketing, portfolio management, or program management environment
  • Understanding ofa business-to-business manufacturingindustryand customer mindset
  • Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills and adapt to change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office Suite

    Expected Compensation
    $72,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
