Position Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Targeting Specialist to help manage the systems and processes that ensure top-tier customer experiences as we shift toward a Customer Insights-focused marketing approach. This role supports CRM data quality, targeting workflows, and execution readiness across events, surveys, and B2C initiatives.
The position is a part time role based in the United States, with a preferred location in Chicago.
What you will do as a CRM & Targeting Specialist :

  • Use Wrike to manage and track Customer Insights (CI) workstreams across event management, surveys, and B2C marketing from intake through execution.
  • Support Customer Insights platform strategy by working directly within Dynamics CRM and Customer Engagement (CE) tools to manage customer records, engagement data, and segmentation used for events, surveys, and B2C campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining Dynamics CRM data quality by validating customer attributes, engagement history, and lifecycle fields that support targeting and execution.
  • Support event management workflows by coordinating customer lists, registrations, and post-event follow-ups using Dynamics CRM, CE tools, and HubSpot.
  • Support survey execution and data collection by managing audience targeting, distribution lists, and response tracking across CRM and CE platforms.
  • Assist with B2C marketing execution by supporting audience segmentation, campaign readiness, and deployment workflows using Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMM, PPM, Design, Marketing Ops) to ensure CI-owned platforms are aligned with campaign, event, and survey requirements prior to launch.
  • Document recurring data, targeting, or workflow issues across CRM, CE tools, and Wrike, and recommend improvements that strengthen platform reliability and execution efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to the manager on platform readiness, execution risks, and data quality issues related to CI-owned initiatives.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
  • Understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
Qualified candidates can expect an hourly rate of $24.03
