Your Role

As a Marketing Intern in Gensler's Los Angeles office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.

This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.

What You Will Do

  • Be directly involved with content creation and gain insight into marketing strategy.

  • Work with Marketing Specialists to create resumes, case stories, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

  • Assist with graphic design tasks, including layout and visual storytelling.

  • Track marketing metrics and navigate the firm's information management tools.

  • Collaborate with designers and architects to develop compelling narratives for projects across multiple industries.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and visual assets.

  • Explore AI-powered tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and personalized content generation.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Completed at least your second year of study; this is not for recent graduates.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesign required; proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

  • Strong command of grammar and excellent written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Interest in emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, and digital storytelling.

Your Additional Characteristics

  • Skills in photography, video production or editing, CRM software, and other marketing-related areas are a plus.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks.

  • A bold thinker with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
