We're seeking a Senior Product Manager for Tableau Next to shape the future of the analyst data journey. In this role, you'll set the vision and strategy for turnkey analytics ,ensuring data is analysis-ready from day one. You'll own the end-to-end experience, accelerating the path from setup to trusted insights. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-cloud teams to deliver an innovative, intelligent agentic experience, deeply integrated with Salesforce and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Turnkey Analytics and the analyst data journey within Tableau Next

  • Establish what "analysis-ready on day one" means and translate it into product requirements

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to validate requirements, pilot early capabilities, and turn feedback into roadmap decisions.

  • Work across platform constraints (entitlements, governance, semantics, performance, security) to ensure experiences are enterprise-ready and trustworthy.

  • Communicate with executives and the field: present strategy, tradeoffs, milestones, and product narratives that align teams and unlock decisions.

  • Lead cross-cloud collaboration to align dependencies, architecture and outcomes.

  • Design and deliver human-led, agent-assisted experiences that differentiate analytics setup and accelerate time-to-value.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, specializing in end-to-end analytics data experiences including onboarding/setup and workflows that accelerate the path from raw data to analysis-ready, trusted insights.

  • Proven ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Expert in understanding user needs and translating them into clear, actionable product requirements.

  • Technically fluent: comfortable with APIs, data models/semantics, event instrumentation, and collaborating closely with engineers/architects.

  • Customer-obsessed and metrics-driven: you pair qualitative insight with quantitative rigor to make decisions and prove outcomes.

  • Visionary Communication: A proven ability to transform "ambiguity" into a documented, high-clarity strategy. You leave meetings with a clear path forward that inspires confidence in both management and the engineering team.

  • Owner mentality: you thrive in ambiguity, unblock teams, and drive execution with urgency and accountability

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Data Cloud fundamentals, including how customers manage users, permissions, and admin setup (profiles/permission sets/roles)

  • Experience with the Tableau / CRM Analytics user base (or equivalent BI/analytics products), including common personas, adoption patterns, and admin workflows.

  • Understanding of enterprise data governance and security (RBAC/ABAC, auditability, lineage) and how these requirements show up in analytics products

  • Hands-on experience with data ecosystems (Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery, etc.), including connectivity, performance considerations, and semantic modeling

The typical base salary range for this position is $172,500 - $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $207,800 - $285,800 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
