**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to drive the strategic development and execution of our global messaging solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling robust commerce, identity verification, and research initiatives through sophisticated end-to-end messaging capabilities. Your work will directly impact user engagement and satisfaction, ensuring our communication channels are not only compliant and resilient but also continuously optimized for an exceptional user experience. This is an opportunity to leverage your specialized knowledge to make a tangible difference in how a global enterprise connects with its audience.

**What You'll Do**

* Lead the refinement of strategic messaging requirements by engaging directly with marketing teams to finalize intake.

* Design and propose innovative, custom messaging solutions tailored to specific marketing strategies, securing stakeholder buy-in.

* Develop and implement messaging solutions, performing rigorous self-quality assurance testing.

* Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with marketing stakeholders for custom solutions.

* Conduct peer-review quality assurance for team members, ensuring solutions are deployment-ready.

* Proactively monitor solution deployments post-launch for a limited period to quickly identify and address any potential issues.

* Analyze business impact using intelligence reporting and direct analytical queries, applying insights to future refinements and team reporting.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* 3+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, analytics, or similar applied roles.

* 1+ years of experience collaborating effectively within agile team environments.

* Proficiency in coding template scripting languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars).

* Demonstrated ability to code emails using HTML/CSS.

* Comprehensive working knowledge of messaging best practices across various channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging).

* Proven experience in designing and conducting experiments with a meticulous focus on minimizing bias.

* An exceptionally high standard for quality, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving potential bugs.

* Superb writing skills, essential for clear documentation, robust solution design, and insightful reporting.

* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with globally diverse teams and cultures.

* A curious and analytical mindset, committed to continuous improvement and expertise development.

* Availability to be on-call for business-critical launches.

* Verbal and writing proficiency in the English language.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Active certifications in industry-leading messaging platforms.

* Working knowledge of SQL.

* Verbal and writing proficiency in multiple languages.

**Education**

* Bachelor's Degree in technology or business domains with a quantitative focus, or equivalent work experience.
