Your role

As the National Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for responsible for overseeing the preventative and periodic maintenance for the NACC sites, to optimize the facility's and building maintenance, safety, health and environment systems, energy and controls instrumentations. You will also lead and manage a team of facilities coordinators to ensure rapid response to repair any equipment or facility failures that jeopardize safety or impact production. You will report to the SHE Manager of the North America Customer Center.

Some of your tasks will include:



  • Maximizes building and equipment uptime using efficient, corrective, planned and preventative maintenance.
  • Creates and oversees a planned maintenance program for each site.
  • Monitor contractor performance (landscaping, snowplowing, HVAC, Food & Beverage, waste management, & general service providers)
  • Support EHS & Security audits and develop 6S Programs.
  • Respond to after-hours alarm calls and on occasion work off hours to support building maintenance.
  • There is potential to have direct reports (i.e. Facilities/Sustainability Coordinators)
  • Other duties as assigned


To succeed, you will need

You will have 10 years' experience in plant maintenance with 5 years' experience managing a facility maintenance team. You will also have:



  • A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other technical degree.
  • Prior experience utilizing facilities management software and preventive maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of forklift and and various lift assist equipment such as hoists, bridge and jib cranes. Capable of training others on use of equipment.
  • A Valid Driver's License
  • Use and enforcement of work permits for on site and contracted personnel.
  • Experienced in review of contracts with service providers


Due to our expansive reach, you should also have the ability to regularly travel.

Job location

This role requires you to work on-site at either our office in Hillsboro, OR, Sanborn, NY or Glenwillow, OH. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
