Position Title: Forklift Operator
Wage: $19/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-2pm We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations for a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner - Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments - Move raw materials and finished goods to designated areas - Supply production lines with materials as needed - Accurately scan, label, and track inventory - Inspect forklift daily and report any maintenance concerns - Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Forklift Operator Requirements: - Previous forklift experience - Ability to safely operate material handling equipment - Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial setting - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed - Strong attention to detail and safety - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift - Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment - Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility conditions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
