Material Handler / Warehouse Associate - Forklift & Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and industrial lift equipment to move materials.
• Pull, stage, and deliver parts for production and accurately stock warehouse inventory.
• Perform shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Pack crates and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing; forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must wear PPE (steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses).
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs independently and 75 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and working in a manufacturing environment.
