Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour

Shift: 6 PM - 4:30 AM | Monday - Thursday

Every shop needs that one person who can fix anything. If that's you, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the crew. Steady work, solid pay, and the respect you deserve.

Bring This:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, PLC basics), and conveyor systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Basic computer skills and experience with CMMS software preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Do This:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, packaging machinery, dock equipment, and automated systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Repair and maintain facility systems such as lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building infrastructure
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
• Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Bath & Body Works standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate with operations teams and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and minimal disruption
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and a clean, organized work area
