The Operations Project Manager supports the Central Graduate Medical Education (GME) team by helping operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with HealthPartners' mission to improve health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the GME intranet and shared digital spaces, making sure information is easy to find, accurate, and accessible.

  • Manages day-to-day operational activities such as trainee onboarding, program invoicing, contracts, and reimbursements

  • Leads projects that improve how the central GME office functions.

  • Ensures timelines are met, deliverables are clear, and communication flows effectively across the GME community.

Other desirable experience:

  • Information management

  • Database

  • Experience supporting invoicing, contracting, or finance-related administrative work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • Associate's degree with higher level applicable experience could substitute.

Work schedule: FTE 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day shift, Monday-Friday
