Position Purpose: The primary function of the Digital Adoption & Enablement Manager is to further usage and awareness of the Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) integrated digital supply chain and e-commerce platform through expert knowledge and support. This individual will collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to promote all aspects of the digital experience, including identifying new and existing functionality beneficial to both GMS team members and external customers, leading requirement gathering sessions to ensure new functions are designed in a way that will be widely utilized, and to be a liaison between the GMS digital platform and business operations to create additional opportunities through digital transformation.
