Job Description

Job Summary: This full-time intern position will support the Credit Department at Needham Bank. The Credit Intern will assist with reporting on lending activity in line with the Bank's strategic vision. They will work closely with the Analytics Department, Loan Operations, and Loan Officers to develop and maintain accurate databases for reporting purposes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Utilize Excel and other internal systems to perform quality checks on certain data metrics and assist in the creation of trend reporting
  • Provide analytical support to the Chief Credit Officer and direct reports as needed
  • Attend and participate in meetings as needed
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed, or assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Entry level knowledge of business environment
  • Interest in Banking preferred



PAY RANGE: $20.00/hourly
