What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primary architect of Trimble's customer data truth, owning the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-grade MDM platform. You will have the unique opportunity to lead a specialized team of engineers and collaborate directly with global stakeholders to solve one of the most critical challenges in a digital-first company: creating a unified, scalable, and trusted Customer 360 view that drives innovation across all business segments.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Customer Master platform, configuring data models, match and merge rules, and survivorship logic.

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated integrations between the MDM platform and critical systems like CRM, ERP, and billing.

  • Hire, mentor, and provide technical direction to a talented team of MDM platform and integration engineers.

  • Partner with Data Governance and business leaders to translate complex policies into technical configurations and stewardship workflows.

  • Drive the scalability and operational readiness of the MDM ecosystem, ensuring high performance across global source and consumer systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, data platforms, or integration engineering.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Customer Master or MDM solutions using tools like Informatica, Reltio, or SAP MDG.

  • Proven expertise in customer master data concepts, including golden record patterns and match/merge strategies.

  • Strong technical background in REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-based platforms. * Demonstrated leadership ability in managing technical teams within a complex, global delivery model.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with Data Governance frameworks and stewardship models.

  • Familiarity with IAM, entitlement, billing, or large-scale customer-facing platforms.

  • Exposure to Customer 360 analytics or downstream data consumption use cases.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
