There are no limits to where you can take your career. Job Summary The key roles of this position are supporting Helpdesk and Asset Management. This role enables the employee gain real-world experience in the work force by working with the IT department. Job Responsibilities Asset Management Computer setup, repair, decommission and recycling Spare parts organization Helpdesk Computer Maintenance End user set up and support via phone and in person Support Printers Perform other related duties as required. Support related improvement projects as assigned. Completes Key Job Requirements and other tasks related to this position as assigned by cognizant management. Job Qualifications *Education* Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science *Essential* MUST BE A U.S Citizen Education: Student actively attending an IT related area of studies. Previous IT support experience is beneficial. Strong writing and communication skills are required. Experience with Microsoft products is beneficial.
