Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION

To function as the chief administrator for CTI contract efforts as directed by the MD of Operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline and five (5) years' related professional experience; or an Associate's degree with a total of eight (8) years' related professional experience. Additional experience may be taken into consideration as a viable substitute for formal education.

Training and Experience: Two (2) years' experience must be in the direction and management of government programs with five (5) or more individuals.

Desired Experience: Strong maintenance background desired with knowledge of both Ops and Maintenance concerns/considerations for a flying organization

General Skills: A demonstrated ability to organize multiple contract responsibilities and communicate with government customers. Creativity, initiative, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel as required.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manages, directs, and coordinates planning and production of select contract activities under the guidance of the Managing Director of Operations.
  • Assists Managing Director of Operations to ensure sufficient qualified personnel are available to meet schedule requirements.
  • Works closely with Business Development as directed by Managing Director of Operations to establish commercial aviation business line for CTI.
  • Coordinates activities/functions conducted off-site and within Corporate Headquarters.
  • Maintains master contract file of all active contractual efforts. Ensures contractual requirements are completed on time for select contracts.
  • Ensures completion of all resource ordering and shipping in support of contractual and business development efforts.
  • Reviews/Approves all travel requests in support of contractual requirements.
  • Reviews and approves all expense reports for reimbursement, for all contractual contracts.
  • Provides administrative support for corporate responses to major Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Schedules and coordinates facility/grounds maintenance and service contracts for building to ensure safety for employees.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
