Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate supply chain data and ensuring timely material flow by managing purchase order status, publishing promise dates in the ERP system, and resolving aging or stagnant orders. This role works cross-functionally with procurement, planning, finance, and suppliers to support on-time delivery, and ad hoc expediting. The position also supports internal financial processes, including credit memo processing and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Publish, update, and maintain accurate promise dates for purchase orders within the ERP system
  • Proactively track, chase, and resolve aging or stagnant purchase orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor supplier acknowledgments, lead times, and shipment status; escalate risks to delivery as needed
  • Process internal credit memos, including coordination with Finance, and Operations
  • Support inventory management efforts by identifying delayed, excess, or at-risk materials
  • Communicate order status updates clearly to Supply Chain team
  • Support additional Supply Chain and procurement activities as assigned


Base Qualifications and Competencies



  • Experience: 0 - 5 years. Some level of experience in production a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
