Job Description Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for PWCS Manager to support the BCITS III program at Arnold AFB


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Base PWCS Manager, executing all duties in accordance with DAFMAN 17-1203, DAFMAN 17-1203_AEDCSUP, and AFI 17-213.
  • Maintain positive control and lifecycle accountability of all PWCS assets using Government-approved IT asset management systems.
  • Manage issuance, turn-in, and documentation for PWCS equipment, ensuring all required user paperwork is completed and auditable.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and disposal, including processing DD Form 1367, tracking repair status, obtaining COR approval for non-repairable assets, and coordinating turn-in to base supply.
  • Provide customer service and administrative support for the PWCS program, serving as the primary point of contact for users and government stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing IT or wireless communication assets in a DoD, Air Force, or government environment.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices and accountability requirements
  • Security+ certification required within 6 months of hire date.
