The Full-time Production Worker position in Baltimore, MD contributes to the production team by ensuring all linen needs are met and quality and safety standards are upheld. The anticipated hourly rate for this position starts at $16.00/hr. with a .25 differential for 2nd shift and is commensurate with experience. Additional information: This position reports directly to the supervisor and will be based out of the Baltimore facility. They will be responsible for working the following schedule: The normal hours for this position are 06:00 AM- 5:00 PM but must be flexible with additional hours as needed. 2nd shift: 03:30 PM- 12:00 AM, with possibilities of overtime; Ending sometimes at 02:00 AM (Monday through Friday). Some weekend work may be required. All new hires are eligible for increases after the three-month probationary period until reaching top rate per the CBA.
