ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Document troubleshooting outcomes with clear steps taken, findings, and recommendations to prevent repeat incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and support IT operational issues spanning collaboration environments, endpoint behavior, A/V systems, identity/access behavior, and configuration-driven service impacts.
  • Participate in investigations where configuration/security changes may have broader downstream impacts; surface risks and propose mitigation options.
  • Coordinate with vendors/partners as needed to resolve operational issues and complete follow-through (including logistics and communication).
  • Provide responsive internal customer support, including triage, prioritization, user communication, escalation, and follow-through.
  • Maintain internal IT resource locations (posting links/resources where employees find them).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience building and maintaining internal tools/applications and/or IT automations.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and maintain clear, user-ready technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting experience across systems and services (including configuration-driven behavior).
