Recruiting Specialist

The Recruiting Specialist supports the full hiring process across 2 organizations (QED and CODALE Electric) with locations in 6 states. Responsible for identifying talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with company values. Provides sourcing, hiring manager support, market insights, and an efficient and effective interview process.

What you'll do:



  • Ensure a welcoming, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, review job descriptions, determine interview processes, and review candidate profiles.
  • High volume full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Skilled at leveraging recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake) to proactively source talent and build candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, bonuses, start dates, and other pertinent offer details.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Provide regular and timely recruiting updates for hiring managers; proactively address constraints and work collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Identify and foster partnerships with local universities, trade schools, workforce centers, industry specific organizations, etc.
  • Optimize recruiting processes through use of technology, analytics, and workflow improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure proper file retention in all facets on the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist with generating reports, tracking open roles, and maintaining job posting accuracy.
  • Work closely with HR team on onboarding, new-hire documentation, and general process improvements.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you' bring:



  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting and HR experience required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills needed.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills are essential.
  • Sourcing experience required (Linked In and Indeed preferred).
  • Experience using an ATS or HR software is required (multiple system experience is a plus).
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University or 3 - 4 years' of related experience.



Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 (Anually)
