What You Will Do as a Manager, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Solutions:

The Manager, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Solutions role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of supply chain and manufacturing related technology products and services. This role leads and manages application development teams comprised of onsite, onshore and offshore resources. This leader sets the strategy for its domain of application solutions and develops the roadmap to deliver the best possible solution options to support the company's supply chain and manufacturing objectives. In addition to leading application engineering activities this role will operate as a Product Manager working collaboratively with business stakeholders across all supply chain and manufacturing functions to deliver solutions that align with the overall enterprise strategies and business objectives for those capability areas. This person will also perform the role of Product Owner with the mandate to optimize a delivery team of internal and external resources as the demand for supply chain and manufacturing solutions evolves.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy for supply chain and manufacturing solutions.
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to understand their supply chain and manufacturing capability needs, objectives and key results, and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions across products and capability areas to enhance supply chain and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Lead and optimize a team of engineering professionals (mixture of internal and external resources), providing guidance and support to design, build, and support supply chain and manufacturing solutions using modern technologies and delivery practices.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain and manufacturing solution architectures to support business operations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company informed on supply chain and manufacturing innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders (your customers) and external vendors (your suppliers)
  • As a Product Owner, manage delivery efforts in an agile product delivery operating model (including backlog prioritization, program increment (PI) and sprint planning, and user story development).

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing management, product management, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing supply chain and manufacturing solution delivery initiatives and teams in a complex, multi-unit organization using a product operating model.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with supply chain and manufacturing management software, ERP systems, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with Kinaxis Maestro Platform, Microsoft Dynamics and the Blue Cherry Suite is highly desirable.
  • Onsite at the Nashville, Highland Ridge office 4 days a week, with optional WFH on Fridays.
  • Knowledge of the clothing manufacturing and apparel industry is a plus.
