The salary range for this role, based in Fort Smith, is $41,040.00 to $51,300.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary:

The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator prepares and acquires export documentation for all in-bond domestic and export shipments under the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) regulations and to avoid assessment of tax on shipments of case goods and bulk products being exported from the Fort Smith facility. The incumbent will submit Intercompany Reconciliation on import shipments monthly and provide the necessary in-bond domestic and export shipment documention for drawback purposes.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Daily preparation of the TTB 5100.11 forms for all in-bond Bulk and Case Good Export, and Domestic shipments from the Fort Smith facility.
  • Export Proof of Delivery to meet the TTB regulated deadlines. Maintain accurate monthly records. Submit completion to the Regulatory Compliance Manager by the 10th of each month.
  • Monthly Export TTB Reconciliation.
  • Provide the necessary documentation needed for Drawback requirements as they relate to the Inbond shipments from the Fort Smith facility.
  • Assist with managing and maintaining daily Bottling Production, Processing and Material Handling Inventory records as directed by the Regulatory Compliance Manager.
  • Secure all backup documentation for TTB month end reports.
  • Assist in resolution of discrepancies with the Bottling, Processing and Material Handling Department monthly records according to TTB regulations.
  • Support Regulatory Compliance Manager and other Regulatory Compliance team members by performing various tasks as needed.
  • Assist in projects as needed.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business preferred.

Experience / Qualification:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent Excel skills including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and enter formulas.
  • Strong and demonstrable customer service mindset and capable of working effectively across a number of departments and levels.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality results to a strict timetable within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent decision making, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, Self-motivated.
  • Willingness to challenge to ensure legal and financial integrity of reporting is maintained.
  • Import and Export experience preferred.
