Description and Requirements Role Overview The Senior Manager, Technical & Portfolio Marketing, is responsible for defining and governing the Services & Solutions Group (SSG) portfolio-level narrative, positioning, and use case strategy. This role brings together complex, technically sophisticated offerings into a clear, coherent, and outcome-oriented portfolio story, grounded in market reality and technical credibility. This role provides portfolio marketing strategy, frameworks, and technical narratives that enable Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to execute consistently and at scale. The role works horizontally across Offering teams, Sales, Product Marketing, and Technology & Solutions Delivery to ensure that portfolio messaging is defensible, differentiated, and aligned to One Lenovo. Why This Role Matters This role establishes clear ownership of the SSG portfolio narrative and technical marketing, replacing today's best-efforts approach with a dedicated, senior capability. It enables faster alignment, stronger differentiation, and more credible storytelling across a complex and rapidly evolving portfolio. In CA, CO, CT, DC, HI IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA the base salary range budgeted for this position is $176,000 - $210,000 (annually) Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
