We are seeking an NMCI / Flank Speed End User Support Specialist (ACTR) to provide Headquarters-level support in a Navy operational environment based in Mayport, FL. This role delivers hands-on end user and account management support across NMCI and Flank Speed environments, ensuring timely processing of access requests, system changes, and user support needs in compliance with Navy cybersecurity and information assurance policies. The position requires strong working knowledge of NMCI processes, ACTR support functions, and SECNAV cybersecurity and information management directives. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between end users, NMCI service providers, and command stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient request handling and customer support. Responsibilities
Provide Headquarters-level NMCI ACTR support to command personnel and supported users
