About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Senior Manager of Global Top Accounts is the primary architect and lead facilitator of Salesforce's most strategic engagement models. This role sits at the critical intersection of high-level Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and real-world field execution.

Your mission is to design, execute, and evolve programs that empower our most senior account teams to win. You will act as the connective tissue between Sales Leadership, Strategy, and Cross-functional teams-ensuring that our top-tier programs are not just operationalized on paper, but actively embraced and championed by the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Architecture & Operations: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of Global Top Accounts/GAM programs. You will establish core operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and success metrics to ensure consistent, disciplined execution.
  • Community Leadership & Best-Practice Scaling: Build and manage a high-engagement global community. Your mission is to surface "tribal knowledge" from the field and convert it into repeatable, globally adopted playbooks and best practices.
  • Strategic GTM Alignment: Partner deeply with Strategy teams to operationalize company priorities. You will ensure program designs are aligned with broader GTM goals while feeding real-world field insights back into strategic decision-making.
  • Executive Narrative & Communication: Own the program's voice at the leadership level. You will synthesize complex data and community insights into clear, compelling executive narratives and strategic readouts.
    * Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as a master orchestrator across Sales, Strategy, Enablement, Operations, Marketing, and Product to drive aligned execution and remove roadblocks for account teams.

Required Competencies

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate complex GTM strategies into simple, scalable, and well-run programs.
  • Stakeholder Influence: A trusted partner at the leadership table who can influence outcomes across senior cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
  • Operational Rigor: Strong focus on governance, cadence, and metrics, ensuring programs remain both disciplined and adaptable.
  • Field Engagement: Expert at 1:1 engagement with sellers to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Agility & Problem Solving: A "get it done" mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities pivot rapidly.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Program/Project Management, Sales Programs, or Sales/Product Strategy.
  • Executive Presence: Proven experience dealing with Senior Leadership and navigating multi-cultural, global environments.
  • Program Design: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling repeatable business processes aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Resourcefulness: Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex roadblocks.
