Director of Facility Programming

Location: Shirley, MA - Souza Baranowski Correctional Center

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $67,000/annually

The Director of Facility Programming is responsible for:

• The direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site.
• Working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and potential weekends.

Qualifications:

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
• Bachelors Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
