Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM (hours may vary) | Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)

• Experience: Green industry, horticulture, landscape, or nursery experience is required. (2 years)
• Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn, or experience with, inventory and ordering systems.
• Physical Stamina:Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Communication:Strong verbal and written skills for customer interaction and internal team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:Serving customers in the yard, on the phone, or via email with questions, quotes, and product needs.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics:Processing orders, verifying inventory, and preparing plants for pickup or delivery.
• Yard Operations:Loading and unloading plant material; assembling plant racks, bases, and shelves.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory, organizing the yard for efficiency, and repairing or cleaning racks and equipment.
• Plant Care:Monitoring plant health, watering, pruning, and organizing products.
