  • Provide support to resolve technical activities such as software upgrade, audit, equipment swap, network expansion, multi-vendor issues, acceptance testing, feature testing, tailored technical support, and end-to-end performance improvement.

  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the customer network and recommends improvements of products and end-to-end solutions to the internal product groups.

  • Apply SW services processes, policies, tools, documentation and contributes to their continuous improvement.

  • Interpret critical internal or external business issues and develops innovative solutions that help to sustain competitive advantage.

  • Provide expertise and deliver advanced system troubleshooting methods like system-level tracing, debug, protocol flow analysis.

  • Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.

  • Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following:

  • Cloud-native Architecture and micro-service architecture;

  • Scripting/Programming Language: Java/Perl, Python, or C++;

  • IP, Unix, or Linux;

  • Fault Management and Troubleshooting.

Domestic travel up to 20% required.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.
