Overview
Microsoft copilot/agentic experiences rely on trust, transparency, and accurate monetization to scale. The Copilot Studio Monetization team is responsible for how usage is measured, priced, surfaced, and reported across Copilot and agent experiences.
We are looking for a
Principal Product Manager to own key areas of the Copilot Studio monetization platform. This role sits at the intersection of product experience, billing systems, analytics, and finance, and partners closely with engineering, design, finance, and go to market teams to ship reliable, customer ready monetization capabilities.
This is an execution heavy role with clear ownership and senior guidance, well suited for a PM who enjoys translating pricing and policy intent into real, shippable product experiences.

Responsibilities * Own monetization requirements for Copilot Studio and agent workloads, including how usage is measured, rated, surfaced, and validated.
* Translate pricing and policy decisions into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering teams. * Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable billing and consumption flows that meet accuracy and performance standards. * Build and evolve customer facing and internal monetization experiences, such as usage reporting, cost estimation, and consumption insights. * Define and maintain usage and consumption reporting metrics, working with analytics and finance partners to align product telemetry with revenue and cost views. * Balance billing correctness, usability, and system performance, making tradeoffs that support customer trust and product velocity. * Collaborate across product, finance, and GTM teams to support launch readiness, escalation scenarios, and continuous improvement. * Drive features end to end: problem definition, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and post launch learning. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
