Our Mission

Our mission is to SAVE AND IMPROVE LIVES BY EMPOWERING HEALTHCARE CONSUMERS. Come be part of remarkable.

Overview

How you can make a difference

This role exists to make sure Workday actually works for people. As the Workday Experience Lead - People Technology, you will own how team members experience Workday endtoend-from Journeys and guidance to notifications, help content, and inproduct support. Your work will determine whether People programs feel intuitive and cohesive, or fragmented and frustrating.

This is not a content role. It's not a pure UX role. And it's not a QA role. This is a platform ownership role for someone who understands that even the bestdesigned People programs fail if the experience layer is unclear, inconsistently tested, or disconnected from how the system actually behaves.

You will be the steward of the Workday experience layer and the person responsible for ensuring that changes across the platform are validated through a real employee and manager lens before they ever reach production.

What you'll do
Own handson configuration and longterm stewardship of Workday TMX (Teammate Experience) capabilities, including Journeys, Help, Knowledge Base, Inbox tasks, notifications, and inproduct guidance
  • Serve as the experience owner across the Workday platform, ensuring People processes feel intentional, consistent, and easy to navigate
  • Partner closely with domain owners and People COEs to translate program intent into clear, guided, experienceled solutions
  • Evaluate how employees and managers actually move through Workday processes-and proactively recommend improvements based on real behavior, not theory
  • Own platformwide testing standards and coordination, with a focus on experience readiness-not just functional correctness
  • Establish consistent approaches to testing documentation, regression readiness, and validation through an experience lens
  • Coordinate testing efforts across People Technology domains, including organizing testing cycles, supporting business testers, and synthesizing feedback
  • Identify and escalate downstream and crossdomain experience risks before changes are released
  • Partner with release and upgrade efforts to assess TMX impact and validate experience readiness
  • Work closely with People Service Delivery to ensure guidance and Journeys reduce avoidable friction and support tickets
  • Monitor adoption patterns, user feedback, and support trends to drive continuous experience improvement
  • Maintain clear documentation for TMX configuration decisions, testing standards, and experience patterns
  • Contribute to People Technology standards, governance, and longterm platform maturity
What you'll need to be successful
  • Handson experience configuring Workday TMX (Teammate Experience) features such as Journeys, Help, Knowledge Base, and guidance
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT, release readiness, or QA in enterprise platforms
  • Background in People systems, HRIS, platform delivery, or adjacent experiencefocused roles
  • Strong intuition for how employees and managers experience Workday across journeys, tasks, and touchpoints
  • Ability to think holistically about experience while still executing detailed configuration work
  • Comfort operating in a consultative role, advising others on experience and testing implications
  • Strong organization and coordination skills-especially in multidomain testing and readiness efforts
  • Ability to spot patterns, risks, and friction points before they become issues
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation discipline
  • Curiosity about how systems, content, process, and experience intersect
  • Willingness to push back when changes introduce confusion, inconsistency, or avoidable support burden
  • Experience owning experience or testing standards postimplementation (not just during golive)
  • Workday certification(s) related to HCM, or platform configuration
