Senior MBSE Systems Engineer

• Serve as architect for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program office
• Author process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programs
• Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo
• Perform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs
• Perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools
• Define requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects OR a master's degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects Experience with Cameo SysML
• US Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance
• Expert Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD Systems
• Ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools
• Experience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))

• Familiarity with MDA programs and processes
• Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons
• Hands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORSNextGen
• Exposure to MDA test events and activities
