Job Title: Service Coordinator Location: Round Rock, TX 78665 Type: 4month Contract-to-Hire Pay: $21-$23/hr (based on experience) Work Environment: On-site Preemployment Requirement: Must be willing to submit to background AND drug screening Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support daily service operations, manage work orders, and ensure timely communication between customers and subcontractors. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are looking for long-term growth opportunities. What You'll Do * Enter, dispatch, and manage service work orders * Confirm work order receipt with subcontractors * Verify scheduled service dates and times * Maintain clear, detailed notes in internal systems * Respond to incoming customer and subcontractor calls * Close completed service calls and update customer portals * Manage dashboard activity and meet SLA requirements * Assist with purchasing, AP and AR tasks * Support additional operational needs as assigned Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * At least 1 year of relevant experience * Valid driver's license * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications * Experience in lighting, electrical, or construction industries is a plus Technical Skills (Preferred) * Google Workspace (Gmail, Apps, Google Earth) * Microsoft Excel * Adobe/Bluebeam or other PDF manipulation tools * Familiarity with financial or cloud-based tracking systems Why This Opportunity? * Stable, long-term career path * Full benefits upon conversion-including 401(k) with match * Advancement potential (Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Round Rock, TX.
