We're seeking a Experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive improvements across core business platforms, lead crossfunctional initiatives, and translate business needs into smart, scalable system solutions. What You'll Do * Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and transform them into actionable system enhancements. * Analyze, optimize, and support enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, EMR, LIMS, or similar operational systems. * Lead system integration efforts-including APIs, web services, and data mapping-ensuring seamless flow of information across platforms. * Use your SQL and data analysis skills to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making. * Drive projects throughout the software development lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. * Create high-quality documentation, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, and others. * Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery. What You Bring * 7+ years of progressive business systems analysis experience. * Strong experience supporting and improving enterprise business applications. * Proven experience with system integrations, including APIs and data mapping. * Solid SQL proficiency and comfort working with datasets. * Hands-on experience within SDLC frameworks-Agile, Scrum, or hybrid. * Excellent documentation, process modeling, and communication skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a dynamic environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
