About the opportunity

In this role, you contribute directly to producing highquality buffers, diluents, and PCR master mixes that support our global Finished Goods operations. You work in a structured, qualitydriven environment where your precision, documentation discipline, and teamwork ensure consistent product performance and ontime delivery. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy handson laboratory work, value standardized processes, and want to grow within a supportive manufacturing team.

Your tasks include
  • Follow defined work instructions to carry out formulation activities such as chemical material handling, measurement of materials, annealing oligos, thawing enzymes and lightsensitive components, and operating formulation equipment.
  • Maintain proper PPE usage and ensure clean and safe work areas, including line clearance.
  • Document all production activities according to Good Documentation Practices and complete SAP transactions to confirm orders.
  • Help manage the inventory system to keep formulation materials organized and correctly reflected in SAP.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to quality documentation updates and crossdepartmental collaboration.
  • Participate in individual development by working with your supervisor on goals and performance discussions.
  • Assist with training new team members and support the Dilutions or Fill/Pack teams when needed.
Your profile
  • Bachelor of Science degree and at least 1 year of related industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of ISO Quality requirements and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable, detailoriented working style.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $61,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
