The Data User Enablement Analyst focus specializes in the enablement leg of our data literacy program by engaging directly with analytics and business intelligence platform users to diagnose and address knowledge and skills gaps. Engagements are intended to be short in nature and focus on non-production support root causes. The role leverages expertise through existing documentation, subject matter experts, vendor resources, and other industry best practices. Through this combination, the role can facilitate an enterprise data-driven culture by making access to data and insights faster, easier, and more relevant to individual users' contexts.



  • Engage data end users to understand existing skills and knowledge gaps to leveraging data and analytics across enterprise personas.
  • Prescribe actions to remediate current and present user skill and knowledge challenges to leveraging data and insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with SMEs and other members of Data Literacy as needed to provide short-term solutions
  • Create and deliver learning activities tied to analytics tools use
  • Foster user communities through recurring user group meetings, online fora, knowledge transfer activities, and other data-democratizing approaches.
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and AI by partnering with platform, literacy, and business teams to enable scalable, usercentered solutions
  • Lead training, enablement sessions, and office hours to support users, strengthen data skills, and accelerate self-service maturity
  • Define and own processes, KPIs, and success metrics that measure self-service usage, adoption, and business value
  • Design and maintain a streamlined process for capturing self-service use cases and quantifying impact across the organization
  • Collaborate with the Data Literacy team to build role-based learning and specialization paths aligned to platform capabilities
  • Provide consultative guidance and solution recommendations to ensure effective, governed, and repeatable self-service analytics outcomes


This role is not remote/ hybrid. This role will report to our office in Cleveland, OH.

Education

Required



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or in lieu of related degree, at least 7 years of experience with data analytics responsibilities in either a data-related or business org


Preferred



  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics)


Skills and Experience



  • 4-6 years of experience in a Data Analysis role
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools and techniques
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in working with large datasets and performing predictive analysis
  • Familiarity with learning and development techniques and best practices
