The CLA Ignite Internship Program is a summer experience designed to introduce rising college juniors to professional services. Interns will explore multiple service lines-including Tax, Audit, Wealth Advisory, Outsourcing and Consulting while collaborating on strategic projects and building professional skills. This program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to CLA's dynamic culture, providing a pathway to future career opportunities in professional services.

Our King of Prussia, PA office is seeking Ignite Interns for an 8-week rotational summer experience. Come and see for yourself!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Rotate across multiple service lines-including Tax, Audit, Wealth Advisory, and Consulting and Outsourcing- while gaining exposure to client service through structured shadowing opportunities, expanding technical skills, and engaging in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

  • Participate in a culminating experience that integrates insights from all rotations, featuring weekly reflections and the creation of a final project deliverable presented to CLA leadership.

  • Participate in training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

  • Contribute to community impact events.

  • Develop technical and teamwork skills through real-world applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Working towards the achievement of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldrequired- Degree in Accounting or Financestrongly preferred

  • Rising college junior (after sophomore year)

  • Strong interest in professional services and rotational internship experience.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different service lines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.

  • Available to work in-office or at a client site from June to August. Week of 4th of July off.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
