Marketing Co-ordinator

Location: Birmingham (preferable) or Halifax

Working as part of the EMEA Marketing team to support the Marketing Team Leader by implementing marketing activities to develop the company brands (Interface and nora), market penetration and product activity within different market segments in the UKIMEA region. Support our field-based sellers both in direct markets (UK & Ireland) as well as dealer markets (Middle East/Africa)

Accountabilities

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing global / EMEA-wide brand and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Activate product launches based on the annual global launch calendar, timely execution and internal/external alignment.
  • Support the development, implementation, and tracking of the regional marketing plan in alignment with global strategy.

Event Management & Lead Generation

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Oversee event logistics, promotional support, and post-event reporting and lead follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist with organising in the field commercial initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Asset Coordination

  • Adapt and/or develop marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations) aligned with brand guidelines. Develop and deliver trade marketing materials including sales decks, product leaflets, POS materials, and customer-specific presentations to meet sales needs and regional customer demands with the objective of supporting sales
  • Adapt and manage engaging content for local social media platforms, ensuring alignment with global messaging.
  • Maintain social media and content calendars, securing timely approvals.
  • Support website updates with relevant local content.
  • Ensure updated Interface catalog/product data on all online referencing sites

Media Relations & External Communication

  • Support external communications and PR activities to enhance brand reputation across UKIMEA markets in alignment with Global Communications
  • Coordinate with agencies and media partners for press releases, articles, and media outreach
  • Ensure updated Interface catalog/product data on all online referencing sites

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Assist in competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning insights.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, analysing key metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost control related to marketing activities.
  • Work closely with Global and EMEA Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies and service providers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Support internal communication and knowledge sharing on marketing activities and best practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent in Marketing related subject
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or agency experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft office suite
  • Highly competent in English language
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to understand and follow budgeting processes.
  • Good oral presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, autonomous, dynamic

Desirable

  • Experience of Adobe Suite and canva
  • Experience of a B2B sales environment
  • Some experience of digital marketing
