As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, manage entry points, and document activity to support security-related operations. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, and communicate clearly with site teams to help identify issues early and help to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing and/or tracking badges and visitor credentials, managing sign-in and sign-out logs, and directing visitors to the appropriate contact or check-in area.
• Monitor and document inbound and outbound activity, including employee and visitor entry, contractor check-ins, and delivery driver processing, escalating irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and reports per site policy and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter lines, to help to deter unauthorized access and support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
