Position Overview As Spiro continues its impressive growth as part of the GES Collective, we are hiring an Account Director to join our Brand Activation & Events (BAE) team. The Account Director serves as the day-to-day leader and strategic partner for assigned client portfolios. This role is responsible for driving client retention, growth, and profitability, while ensuring excellence across all facets of delivery - from creative development to on-site execution. You will lead annual planning and serve as the primary client steward, guiding cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, and project management to deliver seamless, innovative experiences. You'll also mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve portfolio and agency objectives.
