Job Title Senior Software Engineer, 1Job Description About the Role: People, Inc. is looking for an experienced mobile technologist with deep expertise in React Native development and mobile advertising to join our Revenue Development team. In this role, you'll work across the People, Inc. portfolio of brands and mobile applications, partnering closely with business stakeholders to plan and implement advertising, data management, and consent management solutions. You'll also collaborate with and guide fellow engineers to deliver high-quality ad experiences that balance performance, revenue, and user experience. This position has a direct and immediate impact on how advertising is delivered across our mobile apps, helping the Revenue Development team continuously improve monetization while maintaining a great experience for users. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
