Contribute to the profitability,continuityand growth of Hollister through a focus on managing process changes, the execution of capital projects including the purchase of new equipment and providing production support compatible with Hollister's Mission and Vision.
Manage process change projects through the ChangeControl(CC) process. Work closely with Quality Engineers to ensure products meet established quality standards, and processes meet established regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, OSHA).
Reduce production costs through cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, downtime reduction, and automation.Provide justification based on SAP data and GAAP.
Provide periodic status updates onprojects tomanagement, project stakeholders, and production teams. This includesmeetings, e-mail, teleconference, and PowerPoint presentations.
Interact with internal support groups (Facilities, IT, Lab, NPC, etc.) and external suppliers (machine shops, equipment suppliers) in the execution of projects.
Responsible for achieving competency in all identified skill requirements outlined in associated trainingprofilefor position.
