The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals by effectively leading, coaching and supporting the activities of the sales team within their respective region. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute national and regional sales strategies, manage direct and agency sales teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with market trends and company goals for the region.
  • Lead the sales team and local agencies within respective region to implement sales strategies within their respective territories.
  • Manage direct reports in all aspects including hiring, performance management, sales targets, and expense management.
  • Oversee critical accounts within the region in partnership with sales team.
  • Use data and market insights to refine your approach and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies.
  • Actively engage in responsibilities and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Comply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented workplace, which may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field.
  • 7+ years relevant sales experience; prior sales management experience highly preferred.
  • Identify, coach and develop sales talent
  • Market knowledge, understanding key distribution partners, ability to drive demand at end user level, and what drives purchasing decisions.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to develop a sales strategy and pivot when necessary to achieve results.
  • Highly autonomous with a strong entrepreneurial drive to build and manage region.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%

The expected salary for this position is between $124,500.00 and $167,849.00 and may be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
