Polar Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager, Technology Development and Transfer at our Bloomington, MN location. In this cross-functional leadership role, you will work across the equipment engineering, process development, wafer integration, and characterization and analysis teams to ensure the successful development and/or transfer of semiconductor technology on behalf of third-party customers and partners. What We Offer Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $88,000-$170,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position. Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
